Cancellation Policy
Places of any booked event are transferable without any charge. But once you register at the event your pass is strictly for your own use and you are not permitted to reassign, transfer or lend it to any other person whether or not they are employed by the same company.
Cancellations made beyond 40 days will qualify for a full refund less a € 50 administration fee plus credit card charges if applicable. Thereafter, per person cancellation fees are: Any cancellation made between 40 days to 20 days prior to the event will qualify for a 75% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 20 days prior to the event. For any other products than events, workshops and conferences (summits) purchased at this website no refund is applicable.
Please note -you must notify the Renewables Grid Initiative of a cancellation in writing (to info@renewables-grid.eu) or we will be obliged to charge the full fee. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme of any event without notice.
