The Offshore Coalition for Energy and Nature (OCEaN) warmly welcomes Skyborn Renewables, an offshore wind partner, as their newest Member. Skyborn has been pioneering the development of offshore wind projects since 2000 across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

Joining as a new OCEaN Member, Skyborn Renewables (Skyborn) is global offshore wind partner with over 20 years of experience. Their activities cover the entire offshore wind value chain including project development, operation, financing and more.

Skyborn believes in a world powered by the forces of nature and making offshore wind power available to communities and businesses across the globe, securing a sustainable clean energy supply for future generations. They have been pioneering the development of offshore wind projects since 2000 with their entry into their home market in Germany. Subsequent international activities focused on other European markets such as France, Sweden and Finland, as well as the Asia-Pacific region.

Thomas Karst, CEO, Skyborn Renewables on joining OCEaN:

"We are pleased to join OCEaN. Nature and environment in offshore wind development is a top priority for us, and collaborative efforts are key to achieving success. Together with OCEaN and its Members, we will investigate sustainable solutions that may enhance our nature and preserve the environment while harnessing the potential of offshore wind energy."
