Apply for the 'Good Practice of the Year' award 2020 and submit your outstanding practice until 18 September

Are you part of a project which deserves recognition as a best practice? Are you aware of outstanding work in the field of grid development? Have you developed a practice which helps to make PCIs successful? Then we want to hear from you!

Each year, the Renewables Grid Initiative runs the 'Good Practice of the Year' award to recognise outstanding practices from across the energy landscape. With the opening of this round of applications via our submission forms, we are searching for good practices in the following three categories:

  • Environmental protection
  • Communication & Engagement
  • Technical Innovation & System iItegration

Anyone is welcome to apply for the award, which aims to recognise the efforts of those who work towards the system integration of renewables in an inclusive and environmentally friendly way: NGOs, TSOs, project developers, regulators, permitting bodies and representatives of EU-funded projects alike. Once collected, the submissions are passed to our jury of energy experts, who duly evaluate the practices and select the forerunners. This years winners will be crowned upon the occasion of the European Commission's PCI Energy Days at the end of the year in Brussels.

Send your submission until 18 September.
