We are happy to announce that the new OCEaN webpage is launched with a brand new design and additional features for improved knowledge sharing and user experience. OCEaN is a coalition of 23 Members which joined forces one year ago to cooperate on the sustainable deployment of offshore wind, while ensuring alignment with nature protection and healthy marine ecosystems.
Electrification has become an increasingly important topic within RGI’s workstreams over the past years as its development will influence future grid needs and our energy system overall.
The Ocean Coalition for Energy and Nature (OCEaN) consists of 23 European Members representing NGOs, the wind industry and TSOs (transmission system operators). These Members have signed a common Memorandum of Understanding and joined forces one year ago to cooperate on the sustainable deployment of offshore wind, while ensuring alignment with nature protection and healthy marine ecosystems. RGI acts as the convener and moderator of the group as well as being a founding Member.
Today we are proud to have launched the new OCEaN website with a brand new design and additional features for improved knowledge sharing and user experience. These features are meant to support OCEaN’s mission of providing an open forum for discussion and knowledge exchange.
